Returns

Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • be unused

  • be in the same condition that you received it

  • be in the original packaging

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Digital products or guides

  • Some health or personal care items

For safety reasons, used survival gear or items that show signs of use may not be eligible for return.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

In some situations, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition

  • Any item damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

  • Any item returned more than 60 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days depending on your payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank — there is often processing time before refunds appear.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Return Shipping

Customers located in the following regions may return items to our local return centers:

  • United States

  • France

  • Switzerland

The appropriate return address will be provided after contacting our support team.

For customers located outside these regions, return shipping fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Customers are responsible for paying for their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

Shipping Recommendations

If you are returning an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
